Gene Valentini will discuss alternative methods for resolving guardianship disputes/issues and various techniques that can help resolve guardianship disputes that are in the guardian’s best interest. Viewers will be exposed to various dispute resolution approaches that can assist parties and attorneys with resolving disputes and avoid having a judicial outcome.
Valentini is the Director of the Office of Dispute Resolution for Lubbock County (AKA) Texas Dispute Resolution System, the only approved JBCC provider of guardianship mediation training. He is also an adjunct Professor of Law, at Texas Tech University School of Law.
Speaker:
Gene Valentini is the Director of the Office of Dispute Resolution Department of Lubbock County, an administrative entity that manages an innovative ADR System, which began in 1985. A mediator since 1981 and an active trainer for many years, Gene is the Master of Dispute Resolution for the courts of Lubbock County and an adjunct professor for the Texas Tech University School of Law.
